It feels like Japan is doing way more interesting things with CG like that one Lupin movie and Studio Orange just killing it with how they're willing to try different techniques and using it on unique titles like Houseki no Kuni and Beastars.

My only criticism is that there's not really any downtime in-between fights. It would've been nice to see the characters just hanging out or doing something else to flesh out their personalities more.

Nope those dates are accurate. This usually means there's a holiday or something else throwing the schedule in wack. This has happened a few times in the last 2 months. Which is awesome, because it means professionally translated, high quality manga on the same day the leaks drop.

I'm enjoying Yozakura Family. I'm particularly enjoying how our hero is quickly growing into his role and embracing that even if he's not a hyper-competent super-spy he's a solidly trained operative. Lots of similar 'normal guy enters the secret world of spies/martial arts/ninjas etc.' titles have the protagonist panic and flail far too long. Looking at you, Kenichi.

I've never been that into Haikyuu but there's something really wholesome and heartwarming about all of the (apparently very large) Brazilian fanbase reacting to the series' move to the country and apparently how much care was taken to accurately represent it.

So it's a superhero update. Spider man Fake Red got another update. For anyone who knows who Silk is she'll be showing up. Marvel has a couple of projects running beyond the spiderman manga. There was a halloween update on the same site and Jump+ posted a one-shot about a timeslipped Deadpool in the Edo period called Deadpool: Samurai. It goes about as well as you can expect but got a great laugh out of me.  And there's a new chapter of SHY and we're jumping back into the villains activities. I admire how responsible Spirits is by not offering Shy any vodka to stay warm in the arctic

In case anyone's not aware, Netflix stealth-dropped the first 41 episodes of the original Saint Seiya, with apparently a new uncut dub (same cast as the uncut ADV dub though). Show's as good as ever. I'm aware it goes to poo poo at some point but I don't really remember when.
