people loved the the genius system but it cost lots of money so tim hired someone to value engineer it into oblivion because having the most valuable retail real estate on earth is not sufficient. I'm going to guess pretty soon they'll update the apple store app to bug you to buy apple care plus pro for $3/month and skip the line the mere idea of a technology product with good free customer support is so foreign to the market it could never last

got a text from verizon saying i had to upgrade my ios version or id lose all functionality on my stevephone nov 7 except for voice so i updated it. right before i fell asleep my brain went 'hope it didnt gently caress with the alarm clock lol' it halved the volume on the alarm and now the LED flash doesnt work anymore (thats what really wakes me up) and i got up 40 minutes late for work today thanks tim
