some context, the train workers are using their right of withdrawal (from their work) because one of their colleague was involved in an accident and had to crawl wounded for miles along the rainlines in order to raise the alarm and stop incoming traffic train conductors want a co-driver (like in planes), in order to help in case of such situations. (which could have been disastrous for the passengers as well) the government and the media are responding by calling train drivers "hostage takers" and "lazy fucks" and asked the train company to take legal actions for illegal strikes.
