I was listening to this this morning and a different part caught my attention. One of them was asked if the president having a foreign country investigate a political opponent was bad and the exchange was something like this... CNN: Is the president having a foreign country investigate a political opponent bad? Lady: Everyone other president has done that, so no I don't think it's bad. CNN: I don't know if we know that that's true. Lady: Well I'm sure they did. CNN: But we don't know if that's true. Do you know if that's true? Lady: I don't know if it's true either. But I bet it is.

Let’s just say that it’s a very very good sign that the suburbs in these swing states are continuing to show a significant snap back toward Democrats. Because their middling to bad performance in 2016 is what tipped the scales and allowed the rural people to ultimately win it for Trump.

I hope that the "gently caress Trump" factor plus 20 million new 18+ year olds shifts the needle in the opposite direction. Wouldn't be terribly surprised if Texas and Kansas go blue

I'd think the most ideal thing would be for everyone to fall silent and take a knee as the president passed, and then resuming cheering once the rest of the parade came. Alternatively just turning their backs. Maximum mad.

They’re definitely going to make sure it’ll be a crowd of pro-Trump people lining the front rows of the streets while Trump “walks”. Although I’d love to see it filled with people who despise his guts and boo the ever living poo poo out of him - to the point where Trump probably either flips someone off or abruptly exits the parade.
