The WH is refusing to let them testify on the (made up) grounds that the inquiry isn't valid. But when Schiff releases a transcript implicating the witness who won't testify, its pretty easy for anyone but the most brain-addled Trump supporter to put two and two together that they are doing this to obstruct the investigation. Edit: Obviously I want to see something actually happen to witnesses who are refusing the subpoenas.
