eke out posted:he kinda did the exact opposite of this Basically as I interpreted it, Schiff said he wasn't objecting to the specific question and would allow it, however he said that witnesses should not be compelled to answer questions that are based on facts that were not entered into evidence prior. I.e. a witness doesn't have to answer a question that is based on evidence that someone just came up with out of their head.
