I mean, it's certainly be better to have a well-written serious protagonist, but having one who has funny/weird dialogue options is better than the alternative of being some generic everyman/woman. And even the core serious content is constantly filled with goofy stuff.

Thanksgiving campaign from November 20th to December 1st. Special log-in bonuses. Each one will give a Thanksgiving exchange ticket, which can be used to get one of 17 different ascension materials: fangs, gears, chains, medals, horseshoes, crystals, feathers, shields, snake jewels, dust, or any Servant piece. These can only be used during this campaign, they will disappear afterwards. You can also get 10 silver apples, 10 gold apples, 10mil QP, 5 HP Fous, 5 Attack Fous, 50 mana prisms, and 5 tickets. There's also special master missions, each one gives a ticket, a Servant piece, and a Servant monument. All daily quests will be 1/2 AP. Astolfo's costume will be available in the mana prism shop. Same price as Parvati's, 1000 mana prisms. Seems to be a permanent addition to the shop. Thanksgiving banner from November 20th to December 2nd. Gil, Okita, Amakusa, MHX, da Vinci, Lancerturia, Hijikata, and Iskandar will be up on the banner. They will all be on a rotating schedule, first by themselves and then in pairs. Also 30 quartz to celebrate the panel and the end of the USA tour for the year. Also, now whenever you use an NP, subtitles will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

I was at the panel today and before the game announcements they had about an hour with the guests. They absolutely killed it, absolutely fantastic banter between Aoi Yuuki and Rumi Okubo and you could obviously tell where the translator was like "ok what they're saying is a little too raunchy for the panel so i'll just gloss it over". They also previewed the trailer for Salem so that's coming Soon (no specific date was given but). I love that they repurposed Okita's banner for Thanksgiving, but hate that it's going to make me decide between another copy of Okita and going for Eresh.

Apparently we're missing out on a chance to get more Poster Girl CEs on the Okita/Hijikata banners, which is a shame. I might try for Amakusa.
