It feels wierd not to be expecting the very very worst thing to happen, but I am currently cautiously optimistic about labour's chances in this election. Also went to see the Dollop live last night, If you follow that look forward to an upcoming episode about a man who couldn't use a hammock but went on to defeat religion.

A Lib Dem just looked me in the eye and told me Labour can't win here (52 CON(-10%)/33 LAB(+10%) in 2017) I was too shocked to tell him to go gently caress himself or to try to waste his time so I stuttered an excuse and shut the door. He also said I wouldn't see Labour canvassing around here "because they know they can't win", which considering we're right next to actual 20-vote marginal Kensington and Chelsea does not seem particularly odd to me, but what would I know

just had one of these (common pheasant) wandering around the garden for ~15 minutes beautiful birds up close. also surprisingly large - the body is about the size of a small-medium cat. no idea where it came from, we're not near any shoots
