Well, the JP banner also had Tamacat on it so we at least have a better chance of getting a decent 4*. I actually appreciate banners with no special CEs, because it means there's a slightly better chance of getting a kscope or 2030.

Its a brand new feature that didn't exist in the JP version, and there are a LOT of servants (191 in EN version currently). It'll take some time to work out the kinks.

He is a solid all-rounder, particularly now that his third skill gives a 3 turn Buster buff (I think he originally didn't have this). He's the first Ruler I've focused on skilling up.
