Big shout out to the people recommending a hot water bottle. I fell asleep on one for 1.5 hours and when I woke up I felt great. I think that's going to be the majority of what I can manage today though. Can anyone recommend a good podcast?  (Pods about retro gaming/wrestling especially welcome)

The Beef and Dairy Network is a great podcast and known good egg Josie Long has made a few guest appearances on it. I also love Dragon Friends, an Australian live play comeey D&D podcast that makes me laugh more than just about anything else I can think of in recent memory.

Finally, I don't tend to enjoy the podcast format of two-or-three people sitting around chatting but Chris and Rosie Ramsey's Shagged Married Annoyed is really really funny.

As a fellow IT-Office goon, can confirm the happiest I've ever been is coming home exhausted from 14hr bar shifts. Granted it's not NHS levels of good karma but giving 500 people a fun and safe evening feels pretty good.

And a society structured more around free time than work as a moral good could mean a culture focused on making the most of that, so it might be planting potatoes or machining projects with His Divine Shadow more than robot manicures.
