The Transauranic arquebus is really heavily dependent on terrain layout and mission type as to if you even want one. You might as well build a Ranger with one just so you've got it, but I barely take it in games.

For normal Skitarii, I would err on the side of Rangers with Galvanic rifles, Rad carbines are decent but the S3, AP0 and 18" range can make them a bit tough to really hurt stuff unless you go up against Guard a lot. However, a few Vanguard might synergize better with your Sicarians since they have the -1T aura within 1". Also definitely give somebody an Omnispex.

EDIT: You might also want to make a Ranger Alpha as your leader just so you can hide him at the back instead of using a Princeps who is gonna want to be running right at the enemy team.
