So Hunico became Sin Cara and inherited his mask and trampoline. can we please stop talking about wrestling names now?

yeah I wouldn't immediately run out and hire ACH to a longterm deal but I'd certainly keep an eye on how he conducts himself in the indies. I would lock the barn door on allowing him to negotiate with competitors tho.

I somehow ended up listening to the new Pixies material for the first time recently. It's weird, the band sounds nothing like it used to. Like even Frank Black's voice has changed entirely, for a moment I thought he wasn't in the band anymore. If you'd told me someone had made a mistake and they'd released a different band's music under the name Pixies, I would've believed you

Last good* (subjective, I liked it for a stripped down offering) Frank Black output was Cult Of Ray. Everything after gets progressively duller and further away from anything vaguely resembling the Pixies. Which is probably the point, but after Teenager Of The Year you start to have some minimum expectations. Do you think Black Francis / Frank Black / Charles Thompson would start his own vanity promotion like Corgan? Bob Mould was a script writer in WCW in '99, maybe AEW could hire him to fix those fugly entrance themes some of the roster have. Or maybe issue out some Husker Du, Sugar and solo classics.
