The Disney places got really good TripAdvisor reviews over 10 years ago because that was before Orlando started improving, so they really were the best restaurants in the Orlando area. The improvements to local culture are what caused Disney to remake most of their menus and hire a bunch of new chefs. It should be noted that Disneyland in California has not done this. Most of the stuff there is still crappy.
