I just read up on Eddie Gallagher and what in the world was that trial?!? 13th hour confession of someone with immunity going "oh, yeah, he definitely tried to kill the POW, stabbed him, posed with his corpse, boasted about it in text messages, but the guy was hurt so bad, the stabbing didn't actually kill him. Uh, I did by asphyxiating him out of Mercy." and this somehow leads to all charges being thrown out the window save for posing with a corpse?
