Randomly started reading this. https://mangadex.org/title/16405/koi-wa-hikari It's about a guy in university who can see women's love (kind of). It's nothing like Hatsukoi Zombie, before anyone asks.  All three of the heroines are, in their own way, rather sympathetic. It makes everything so heartbreaking as they navigate their feelings.  There's 42 chapters, and 21 are translated so far, and the most recent one was a few days ago.

After a little hiatus, the last half-dozen chapters of Looking Up To You were just put up. They include a beach visit, but just like the rest of the manga I found it a rather nice, refreshing one, not at all fanservicey.  Edit: Forgot to mention, but (epilogue chapter stuff) the detail that after Takamine decides that she's going to seriously consider going to New York Shibuki starts taking his English studies seriously is really cute.

yeah they do slowly make progress but it takes a really long time, I think what I enjoy more are just their interactions rather than the romantic tension and I think it also picks up when it introduces the side characters. The popular kid with the weird haircut cracks me up.
