 https://www.twitch.tv/jpg_live Last Time: -I got me a blessed club to better deal with skeletons. -Skeletons continue to murder me. -I really feel like being a sorcerer is more punishing than I'm enjoying, but this is the path I chose for myself. -Make my way to a large cave with a suspension bridge. -Developer message warns the bridge will break. I do my best to avoid the bridge. -Going the long way around, I find our buddy from Astora again. He says he's still looking for his buddy. -Enter a room with a goblet made from a skull. -Touch skull and get sucked into the abyss. -It's very dark in here. There's an item, but... there's also appears to be a giant hand... -OH gently caress BIG SKELETON gently caress RUN HELP! -Killed the big skeleton. More like big bitch. -Escaped the abyss and continue on to Irithyll of the Boreal Valley. It's pretty and snowy and nighttime and pretty. -Giant wolf/rat/alligator materializes out of thin air and attacks me on a bridge. -There are lanky ghost knights who sometimes aren't ghosts and won't stop attacking me. -There are also things where I can only see their glowing eyes and smoke-like heads until I get close enough. -Find a big dark room of a ton of these things. -Eventually get overwhelmed and run away exhausted. Will forge ahead another day. It's been a while since I played this and I haven't streamed much lately, so I'm a bit rusty. Gonna just be a bit more of a chill stream. I'm out of practice and forgot to edit this after stream. -Shaking the rust off and trying to remember how far I got into Irithyll. -Died a lot to those jerk knights who attack WAY TOO MUCH AND WAY TOO FAST. -Eventually got caught up and shook off the brain rust. -Things are a lot easier when you aren't dealing with those jerk knights. -This place was giving me Anor Londo vibes already, but now it's laying it on really thick by having lots of overt references with the enemies, paintings, and items. -I still haven't put all the lore together though. -Make it to a boss. He's a jerk knight on steroids, and then he goes all Noob Saibot on me with a shadow double. -Ain't having it. Summon some peeps to help me kill this jerk. -Come to an area with lots of dead giants, some of whom are not completely dead yet. -Also lots of deacons trying to pelt me with fireballs. -Also Londo knights firing giant arrows at me. -I'm tired.
