terrible, why would you assume this male vocalist isn't a huge fan of duets already, why assume being part of a duet is a onerous task for him?? perhaps duet foreplay is what really gets him off and he's double dipping with his questionable pleasures here. typical anti-theatre geek viewpoint.

The 501st has a costume databank that's done a lot of work to identify the costume and prop pieces used in Star Wars. Stormtrooper boots were just white Chelsea boots, even with the elastic side gussets visible.  Jango Fett's boots were also J. Crew boots with stuff added onto them.

The comlink in the prequels was just a woman's razor with metal paint on.   It's a level of cheapness that borders on "what can I get away with?"

Fun but sad fact: the original lightsabers and Han's blaster from the first movie no longer exist. Luke and Vader's lightsabers were made from Graflex camera flashes and Obi-Wan's was made of a collection of metal bits like a World War II rifle grenade shell and a faucet knob. Han's pistol was a Mauser C96 rented from the famous Bapty film armory that had previously been modified for The Naked Runner with the scope mount while the scope itself came from a similarly modified Mauser M712 for Sitting Target. When it came time to make the props, they just cobbled together cool poo poo at Bapty. But everyone thought Star Wars would be a flop. Nobody expected it to become the biggest multimedia franchise in the world. When filming was done, a few things were saved but most everything that was rented got taken apart and returned to the prop houses. The original lightsaber parts are long since disappeared and it's believed the original Han blaster was sold off in a government buyback and scrapped. Anyone who claims to be showing off the original Episode IV prop of any of those is lying because all the stuff had to be remade when new movies were developed.
