I would advice focusing on basic math. I'll pass you a knotty problem I've been chewing on. Tanks cost sixty dollars and one steel to construct. If steel is being sold at 3349 dollars a unit, and I perform two airstrikes destroying 596 tanks and 304 tanks, they are set back 900(60+3349) dollars. Say after performing these two airstrikes, I deposit all my assets and go AFK for a month, during which my nation bank is refilled to 100,000 once a day by our lawyer, Leonard J Crabs. If they successfully steal all of that money, every day, without ever beiging me, would they be able to recoup their losses if the month I went AFK was February? How about April? May?

Last night I did three air strikes on a pubbie I have blockaded. Air strikes can target money specifically and the results are hilarious. My supar sekret basic math skills say he lost about 7 million dongs. Not going to be surprised if I eat a nuke for it. Which is also hilarious as the nuke will cost more to build than the damage it causes because, again, basic math. Also I will baseball away the damage his 12 action points caused in about half an hour.

I've already been warned on the official PnW forums no less than three times in the two weeks I've been in this game. I cannot post for the next 8 hours - a crisis for those who must  .One warning was for informing a person who made a report thread in the forums' game reports section that 'dongs' are actually a currency in the game, so the word is permitted in a nation's trade proposal graphics. Even though my post contained relevant information to the report at hand, however, it was posted in a 'No Discussion Zone' of the forums and so my post was deleted and I was warned once. Fine. Don't post in the No Discussion Zones, newbies! The second warn I got was for saying, "If you don't rethink your position (on reporting nazis, bigots, and pedophiles) then you are the biggest, suckiest 'lollipop' I have ever seen, and I hope you shatter on the asphalt someday soon." It was for 'name calling, flaming, baiting, and trolling.' Alright, great. Don't call people lollipops or wish hypothetical ills upon others! Maximum decorum rules are in effect at all times. This third warning I've just gotten was for saying, "You're conflating allowing a minor into a NSFW porn discord (illegal) with asking someone to spread a condiment over their face for others' amusement (shameful, but not required)." The reason given for the warn was 'OOC Attacks / Sharing Personal Information.' Apparently (but unbeknownst to me, a new user), it is a warnable/probatable offense on the PnW forums to mention the well-substantiated allegations that one of the biggest wankstains in the game gave a youth discord permissions to be in a chat room intended for sharing porn. Just alluding to this debacle like I did is enough to get you warned by the moderators, and your post memory-holed... What I'm getting at, is ... mods knew. Come join us.

What's the significance of 200NS? I'm up around 185 or so right now with capacity for another 30 planes and 3 boats and (I think) 3k soldiers. Is it a specific newbie protection cap or is going up to 205 or so still fine? I also have room to build resource/manufacturing improvements when I get assigned to a squad.

200 is around the highest you can get to before you start potentially being in range of enemy nations that could want to attack you, but that's not really happening at this point so going higher shouldn't be that big of an issue. The other big thing is that's where you get to raid all the inactives for delicious money.
