They do have women only cars on trains, because gropers/molesters are a very real problem. They also require all cell phones to have a loud, audible, and non-silenceable shutter click noise when taking a picture or recording, because creeps try to upskirt women. Would not want to be a woman in Japan, basically. So the "Japanese trains are not safe for women" is not without merit, especially during peak hours.

So I was working in Bangor in a very secure location running some wire in the ceiling and found someone’s porn collection from at least 2006. Also one single glove. Better than a dead rat I guess.

For a long time I've thought there's got to be a fun thing you can do with a classified document and silly putty, forcing someone to get official guidance on how to properly destroy a silly putty copy of a document. Shredding can't be right, and I don't think it's flammable.

Those shiny green nylon-y ones are pretty easy to come by, though. Lol I used to have a suppo that would rock one around I mean when I was still active. I had an issued A-2 jacket, but no fun allowed. I wear a uniform sometimes at work and usually rock an entertaining patch or two, including this pen tab: Usually the AWACS chemtrail one too. Sailor at Pearl just shot up a drydock, 2 dead, shooter dead it looks like (not sure if that counts as one of the two). Thank god it didn't turn into a similar cluster like the naval yard shooting. https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2019/12/05/multiple-gunshot-victims-reported-active-shooter-situation-pearl-harbor-naval-shipyard/ Edit, looks like the shooter was from the crew of the USS Columbia.

The command is “AT EASE.” It is executed in one count. At the command, keep your right foot in place. You may move about, but must not talk. You may also be given this command when not in ranks. In this case, it means cease talking, but continue whatever you were doing before the command. When in ranks, the only command you may receive while at ease is “ATTENTION.”

According to the drill manual, your hands can be all willy nilly at ease in formation, but training commands train people to default to what is basically semi-parade rest presumably to look smarter and train the fidget out of people. Practically speaking, at ease means you can fix your uniform and chill. Attention and parade rest mean there is a tyrannosaurus rex nearby. Nobody in the Navy ever puts anybody at rest even though they sometimes mean that when they say at ease. Hand placement of left over right is defined for parade rest. quote:Parade Rest. On the preparatory command "Parade," shift the weight of your Another commonly misused command is fall out which is not the same as dismissed.
