In seriousness, though, I'm hoping there's enough sanity left in the UK for Labour to prevail.

I know Twitter skews young, but on the national trending hashtags list the first pro-Tory one comes in at number 19 and the vast majority of the top 20 are pro-Labour.

The hope is the best part. I don't get to revel in hope all that often with my broken brain so I'm enjoying this.

Going to enjoy it a lot more in 24 hours when Grime Minister Corbyn is speaking from the steps of Downing Street.

Piers Morgan may have given us a couple of useful moments laughing at Tories this election campaign, but always remember that he's part of the problem, and a gigantic oval office.

You're getting Leveson'd Piers.

In the spirit of caption contests, how about people edit sounds into the video? I don't have a loving clue how to do that, but I suggest filling pauses with farts, clown horns, mooing from caahs in the norf and saaf, someone making coffee, a microwave ding, burps, etc etc :D

Same mate. The last couple of days have been emotional but hope filled for once in my adult life. I will be devastated of course if we lose but gently caress me if I'm not inspired to get better and be able to get involved and help out so that this hope doesn't end here. Breaks my heart that I can't help now but each according etc.

I read this thread all the time but never post because I'm not very smart about politics. I have learned a LOT from everyone here so thank you all.

My wife and I had a lovely son this year and the NHS were incredible. I'm not a fan of the SNP so much but the baby box we received was amazing, I hope it's something the rest of the UK can appreciate one day. This planet is actually cool as hell and we should take care of it and each other.

Here's a fun political cartoon I did for 2017 but is still relevant
