Did the house/senate always talk this way? When did the overwrought chest puffing become the norm? I guess it's not really germane to the impeachment itself, but neither is most of what they've been saying, so....?

Schiff is pretty good at getting to the point quickly and understandably. Also, the minority have the easiest job in the world coming up with their talking points as they just have to project their own strategy onto the Democrats.

You'd think with how odious some of these people have got to be to work with there'd be more incidental beatings. But they're all like, "oh, my esteemed friend ----" so maybe they get paid enough that office drama isn't really a thing with them? Brother Buer posted:8 hours for a 15 minute vote, wow Hey now. It’s only really exaggerated because we’ve got a president that’s fuller of bullshit than any other before him, the folks defending his rear end are fully onboard with his bullshit, and our awareness of his bullshit is incredibly enhanced by how easily we can get information that refutes said bullshit.

^^^ makes sense. All in on the bullshit when there's nothing else to say, I guess. General question: when this same thing happens in the senate (party-line vote with 1 dem cross-over) what does that mean for impeachment? Like, can further articles be put forth in the event that Trump wins re-election, or is this like reconciliation and there's limited tries?

I saw an article earlier saying that they might impeach him again before the election whatever the Senate does.
