The Dallas Morning News obtained the autopsy Friday. It revealed new details in the fatal August 17, 2019, shooting, which occurred after troopers stopped Hodge for failing to signal a turn. The Texas Department of Public Safety said that Hodge was armed at the time of the shooting and fired at the troopers but has declined to release footage of the incident. According to the autopsy, Hodge was shot five times in the front and four times in the back of his torso. Other bullets went through his head. He was also shot in the right and left thigh.

Also I doubt Putin really wants any sort of escalation, so that puts the ball in Iran’s court. They probably are finding out they have no choice to to do some blood for blood retaliation and escalation to hit some US proxies, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they do negotiate through a back channel to get huge amounts of economic relief or whatever other non violent poo poo they want in exchange for not really doing anything too extreme (immediately) because they, like every other country in the world, know how to play Trump like a fiddle. Look at how loving North Korea attained legitimization after 50 years by sending him a big loving nice, beautiful, really actually very nice, and amazing letter - working hard, thank you!
