A friend asked me to explain Million Dollar Extreme. I told him my best guess is that it combines the kind of irony-poisoned humour where there are so many layers of sarcasm that you lose track of what you're saying, with that conservative style of humour where you get so mad at liberals that you lose track of what you're saying.
