In that they are promotions with their own style, yes they are comparable as is literally every other promotion ever. We know what AJPW Shingo and NJPW Shingo look like because he has a whole Champion Carnival run to go off. I loved the match but people who don't enjoy the NJPW big match style do exist.

I remember some stuff from her start in NXT that she really didn't want to just do her dad's poo poo. If that's the case I don't really blame her for not being into it. If I remember right they didn't play up the full on Flair stuff until later in her time in developmental.
