As for your points about accidently spreading TERF dogma, I think you're underestimating how context can be powerful. If Cisgoon Bob goes to the IoSM thread with a lot of (hopefully) in a good place trans people posting and mocking these things, where there are people who can explain and, importantly normalize trans narratives. Nobody who reads IOSM who isn't already a TeRf is gonna get turned from a place to post idiots.

I'm a huge dumb idiot and all joking aside threads like these, which focus on mocking, reacting to, and breaking down negative media taught me a lot about things I had never previously considered or understood, and I'm glad for all the people in them who are more knowledgeable and take the time to point out why dumb and hateful poo poo deserves to be called such. I come from privilege in a lot of ways and I appreciate having my sheltered views expanded by those who do not have the luxury to interact so distantly with this kind of messaging. I just wanted to say thanks, and I hope that everyone fighting the kind of garbage this thread frequently brings up takes care of themselves.

Activists, specially if they are trans, try to avoid writing TERF as those assholes are usually searching for that acronym and massively reporting accounts that write it.
