You should cook the pizza though.
Also, do not overcook the pizza, because charcoal is not pizza.

Charcoal as a topping? Sure, put some activated charcoal on there as a preventative measure against hangovers / alcohol poisoning.

This dish is like 90 percent cheese/cream, with just enough pasta and chicken to make it seem like you should eat a whole bowl of it, but then you'd be eating an whole bowl of just cheese.

probably tastes awesome, but whatever.

I always wonder if people who eat activated charcoal realize it can cause your meds to not work. Because when you overdose, you're given activated charcoal to neutralize the effects of the medicine. People are so weird.

We all live in a world where fad diets and snake oil never stop happening. It's been this way since forever, and all the more hilarious now that we have medical science to prove how stupid it is, but that changes nothing. The essential oil craze is double stupid since they think it's "harmless" to "a good replacement for medicine", but unlike homeopathic nonsense, it's actually super toxic. Also people were drinking bleach a lot recently. LOL.

Yeah, this looks like a snack I would make at home because I'm lazy and it would be genuinely tasty. Maybe with a splash of balsamic or something, salt and pepper at least.

But it's on top of a menu. Someone paid way too much for a bit of crumbled feta on a probably tasteless tomato.

One of those slices probably isn't too bad nutrition wise, I'm more concerned about touching raw eggs and the finished product with a gross rear end knit glove.

Send me to Korea so I can eat street food for three meals a day.

Please also make me walk 5 miles each way to work tho.

I'm incredibly easy going and don't give a poo poo if people use gloves or not, but that knit glove looks gross A.F and I would rather they didn't use a glove at all.

I work in food service and for a while it felt weird for me to touch food without gloves.. :sigh:

Typically, though, when using a knitted heat-resistant or cut-resistant glove you put a vinyl/plastic glove over it so it doesn't get gross..

It looks like it was in Eastern Europe, like Bulgaria or something. If it's the case it was probably cheap and just a side/entrée.

Also probably fresh local ingredients.

So, would, and would add some olive oil and salt and pepper

e: Slovenia apparently. So yes good chance the tomatoes and cheese are tasty and not too expensive

Food safety/hygiene are not really a thing there. You get used to it. Korea I didn't really have issues with food poisoning, China I did but China is significantly less hygienic than Korea.

The bigger food safety thing with particularly street food in Korea is a lot of stuff gets cooked in a big batch in the morning and then just sits there the entire day without refrigeration. Even in the summer when it's 35+ C and 500% humidity. Of the countries I've spent time in that have street food culture, Korea's is probably the bottom. Not that there isn't good stuff, but you really have to hunt for it and the selection is limited. But you're usually so drunk in Korea by the time you stumble into a pojangmacha at 2 AM that you don't care.

Change the cheese to sliced mozzarella and you've got most of a caprese salad.

It's kinda like whoever made the menu had a caprese salad once and wanted to remake it, but couldn't remember what it was or what was in it other than "white cheese and tomato".
