Reddit is left leaning. We all know that. The circlejerk downvotes, mockery and even death threats to conservatives for simply stating their political opinions is astounding.

You cant convince a liberal that they're wrong. You just cant, not with all the evidence in the world.

They didnt come to their conclusion because of evidence... so how are you gonna change their mind, even if you have all the evidence required and can PROVE them wrong... they still wont believe you. Why? Because. They dont believe certain things because that's what the facts say, they believe these things because they are emotional, and in their world, intense feelings win arguments, not cold facts or evidence. Emotions.

I'd like to see a liberal make a coherent argument as to why I'm evil as a conservative... because I could literally make a PowerPoint presentation explaining everything that is wrong with the liberal mindset, everything that is flawed in their logic. They cant do the same thing though.

Its "I can prove you are wrong, but you cant prove I'm wrong... so that obviously means I'm right and you're wrong... otherwise youd prove it as to why you're right and I'm wrong. If you cant do that, it's probably because you lack logic and reason..."

That's what gets me. This argument isnt just opinion. It's not a determination of who's opinion is more correct... its already obvious who is correct and who isnt, based on who can prove what they're saying is fact, and back it up with evidence.
