There's no "higher authority" to crack down on that (for the same reason no higher authority cracks down on the US when it kills people in the real world).

This series is really growing on me for just being immensely stupid. Yet earnest in its stupidity. Mashle was kinda funny. I wonder if Not-Dumbledore suspects anything. Zipman needs to slow down. I like the design, the joke of the smart guy getting one shot was good. But like other said, there's just no connection. Stuff just happens.

Yeah those flashback panels and Dad’s comments to earlier stuff was the main reason why I thought Uruka was likely to be picked. Since Nariyuki has only shown those reactions and feelings when it comes to her so far in the story. That said, he hasn’t had to question his feelings for the others in any way either yet so we’ll see. Am curious where the story will go with a concluding Fumino and Rizu arc though. If I were to guess right now, Uruka will leave, but come back for the finale.
