Now that Sonic is popular again, may we please have a Sonic Spinball 2?

Hello, my day was terrible because of sudden onset level 5 pain in my upper and lower left jaw that was pulsing into my ear and teeth and was somehow also causing this weird thing where the pain was so bad that from my elbows to my hands and my knees to my feet I felt like there was this massive tension and energy that needed spent and it refused to leave so the end result was me in massive amounts of pain from wisdom teeth which was somehow making my extremities feel simultaneously too tired to operate effectively and too energized to stay still.

It was hell. The walk in clinic and ER weren't able to provide me anything to help with the pain either because they said they can only prescribe stronger versions of ibuprofen. I wasn't looking for painkillers so much as I was looking for them to help me the same way they helped me out years ago when a separate unrelated tooth issue was causing me so much pain that they gave me a shot of something into my gums to help me through the next few days. They weren't gonna do that this time though, didn't really say why but I assume it is something bullshit or whatever, I just hated the fact that I sat around waiting for so long for the walk in clinic to tell me "ok here's a prescription for an antibiotic" and then telling me to take 8 ibuprofen for the pain before realizing what they said and correcting it to 4 ibuprofen after realizing she accidentally told me to go try to overdose on ibuprofen if I wanna get rid of the pain.

I beat Legend of Grimrock 2, I think I might have said that already but if I didn't, well, now I did. I had fun with it and I'm glad I was able to experience it. Too bad there isn't a Grimrock 3 though. Hopefully Druidstone does well enough for the Grimrock devs to go back and do more Grimrock stuff, or at least something like Grimrock.

This is gonna sound annoying but whatever you do, don't run away from battles. You'll hate it because the encounter rate will feel real fuckin bad at times, especially in places where the environmental design makes it look like you're moving slower than you actually are, but you've still gotta finish every random encounter you get into. If you run away too many times, it'll tank your pirate ranking to Coward and it's hell to actually get it back to normal. In the late game, there's a part where your pirate ranking gets changed automatically to something else but your real pirate ranking still exists, it is just hidden from you, and since Coward kinda overrides most other ranks, you're stuck with a bad ranking that is a grind to get rid of and you can't even pull up the menu to check what your real ranking is because of the fake ranking masking it, and what's worse is that to get rid of the fake ranking, you need to do some optional content that is gated behind your ACTUAL ranking being above a certain amount. It is very annoying.

2 other important things: special attacks always hit loopers and there will be a point where you can go dock at Maramba and there is nothing stopping you from doing just that, but whatever you do, make sure to go back to Sailor Isle and pick up subcannons to equip to your ship. This is incredibly important or else you will have a much harder time later when you are forced into a boss fight that will be much harder to complete without subcannons and that brief period of time before docking at Maramba will be the only time you get to pick up and equip subcannons.

Just do what I'm doing and have 6 teeth extracted via surgery :negative:

Antibiotics do help, but they also can't help with the underlying issues (in my case part of a wisdom tooth breaking off exposing bone + nerves)

specials always hit but aika's all do magical damage and vyse's all do physical damage, despite appearances. and loopers laugh at magic

I will be incredibly surprised if this isn't exactly what will happen to me considering I've got the 4 impacted wisdom teeth coming in perpendicular to teeth and as a result 1 of my teeth has been cracked down the middle by a wisdom tooth and another wisdom tooth has caused what I can only describe as a crater to form in another tooth. It's terrible and painful and surgery can't happen soon enough. If I can find a surgeon who takes medicare, is accepting new patients, and is nearby.

Assume you're going to survive.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider is brilliant. Lara the world-famous archaeologist is more than happy to break down walls and murals and destroy entire tombs to get some silver trinkets, that's old news and a game about cleaning pottery shards with toothbrushes sounds boring. But she's also more than happy to rob an entire village blind to restock her inventory. Why not, let's go ahead and take that skin being dried on a rack in someone's hut, I'm sure they're not using it.

She could, I suppose, use all those carefully placed hiding walls and extra paths to sneak around and kill cultists quietly one by one (or maybe just go by and not kill people?) - or, well, they have bows and arrows and she has an assault rifle, so that sounds easier. At least death cults are always a safe choice for being killed.

I'm not sure what else I was expecting, really.

Really? Most people didn’t like the ending because it came from left field even though it makes perfect thematic sense.

The only reason I could see being blindsided by the ending is if you hadn't been following the plot-line about introducing mirror neurons to the Typhon. With that knowledge, the odd connection Morgan seems to have with the Typhon, and the occasional flashes of some out of body voices chatting it's not much of a leap to think you're the one being tested on. That and most of the side missions are a test of whether or not Morgan gives a poo poo about anyone but himself.

I thought the plot flowed extremely well, and the ending wasn't so much the appeal as the whole build-up to it.

Its not very good and I liked the other 3. The story isnt engaging, it doesnt really have a difficulty curve, the map is whatever, and the side content is even more pared down than past titles.

Its adeep discount/subscription service/bundle buy kind of game

i guess if you didn't get the best-best ending i could see people getting sour over that, because the setup presumes that if you DIDN'T play nice you're about to get liquefied, but i did my best so it was an ending of hope... for a badass sequel that is doomed never to exist :(

like imagine that, prey but set in a slice of a futuristic terrestrial city, or even just an Infested Nakatomi Building. Prey 2 Die Hard

It's the same length of a regular Sonic game but with a modern save system so you'll probably be done today too.
