there's a "PDF with text" link there that has the PDF already OCR'd. there's also a direct text dump there in case you want to read it on a palm pilot or something

Two years ago I used OCR to read text off of cards (think Cards Against Humanity sized text) from a webcam and it worked great! I used the Tessaract library and it only took a day or two to get working

might be easier to work with if you extract the OCR text from the pdf?
