I have discovered that you can see the virus with night vision goggles. we are surrounded, but using my knowledge of stealth tactics learned from years of playing splinter cell in my moms basement, I have been able to sneak undetected behind enemy lines. the virus's stockpile of tp outnumbers our own 10 to 1.

I work in corporate headquarters of a retailer and they just shut down the King of Prussia mall which is the largest in the USA. Makes sense and obviously nobody needs to be hitting malls right now. It's owned by Simon so we'll see if there's a ripple effect.

If they ever get a vaccine, or some sort of proper treatment/meds, I really hope they plan out the distribution properly, or the panic/rush for everyone to go get it will be crazy. I could see riots in certain countries. Also thanks for this - it made me smile today:

I get along really well with my MIL in general and there's never been any weirdness between us, so who knows.

Luckily my profession is mostly geared towards the ecommerce side of the biz, but yeah I agree. Inappropriate thread to get into mall leases and business but what I will say is most malls right now demand 10 YEAR leases because they're so spooked about the future, or they'll cut deals where if you want to be in a good mall, they'll make you open a store in a lovely mall. If malls even exist in 5 years I think what you'll see is a mix of stores that sell their own brand as opposed to department store style chains which are obviously dying, and then a lot more experiential/entertainment things. For example just some of our malls have been building movie theaters and Dave & Busters. That VR company The Void recently signed like a 50 mall deal as well.
