One such move was firing his attorneys, Elmer Woodard and white nationalist radio host James Kolenich, the plaintiffs argue.

“Mr. Schoep managed to escape his discovery obligations most recently by firing his attorney — for this litigation matter, but not others he is involved with — on the very day he was finally required to execute the third-party vendor contract and at long last surrender his electronic devices,” it reads. “Mr. Schoep’s evasive, death-by-a-thousand-cuts strategy has achieved what he and other Defendants seem to have set out to do from the very beginning: run out the discovery clock on Plaintiffs.”

Schoep told The Washington Post this month that his exit from the National Socialist Movement was part of an attempt to shed the suit.

You ever just look at Reddit and get very confused and sad at why there's around twenty subreddits dedicated to hating trans people that just still stand up despite them breaking just about every rule the site has, like encouraging harassment of other users?
