Hi fellow goons, I do a podcast with a couple of other goons and a buddy of mine where we talk about Pro Wrestling. Specifically Japanese, Mexican, and Independent wrestling. It's really niche but if you have any interest in it, check it out! We have a conversational format where we will occasionally dive in depth on certain topics and have a few little running jokes that go along with the show like bleeping out "WWE" and only referring to them as the "Bad three letter company". We don't really talk about them due to the litany of issues with their ownership and the awful product they put out, but we keep our ribbing of them lighthearted and fun. Our latest episode where we talk about New Japan Pro Wrestling's Big event to kick off 2020 and preview the year ahead

The Deiliths, the divine monuments that keep watch over the world, appoint their chosen ones to push back against the darkness, and together they fight to reclaim what humans once had. Sword of Symphonies is an Actual Playtest podcast about our in-development tabletop role-playing game Heroic Chord. Vargo posted:I have decided to actually listen to some of the podcasts posted in this thread, goons. Tell me what your best episodes/best jumping on point is so I can pay attention to this thing you made. Sword of Symphonies is getting to have quite a few episodes, but I think a low-commitment place to see if our style of actual play is something you're into would be Kersten's Training Wheels, a four episode stand-alone mini-campaign we ran in September. It's a little different in theme from the main show, but we had a lot of fun playing it. I'm hoping to have arc summary episodes recorded in the next month or so, but If you like the mini campaign, just jump in on Episode 1 (which I have to warn you has audio I'm unhappy with) or Episode 2, if you'd rather skip the setup and get right to the action. If you'd like to instead listen to us talking RPG mechanics and design, any of the Cat's Cradles should be fun to listen to! In particular, I was really happy with the discussion we had a couple weeks ago about stats and stat systems in tabletop games, and what they mean about what sort of stories they make you tell. An early episode about Heroic Chord's free-form magic system I think also says a lot of about what we and the game are about.

Iliktronik I guess I should post this here. Mixcloud Soundcloud iTunes (NEW!) (Working on getting this on iTunes in the near future) Genre: Music/Mixtape Release Schedule: Every two weeks on Monday Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/IliktronikUS/ I do a bi-weekly podcast/mixtape show where I highlight electronic and electronic-driven music from mostly the Middle East and North Africa region. I do South Asia episodes every so often, too, and latest I did an episode of metal and punk from both regions. I focus mainly on experimental type genres, but also delve into some indie/hip hop/synth pop from time to time. My general mission is to get away from the "world music" designation and actually just make people aware of these super vibrant music scenes in places like Beirut, Cairo, Amman, Tunis, etc. I give some details about each artist and their music between sets, which is why I'm technically calling this a Podcast, I guess? I'm actually getting to the point where artists have started sending me their unreleased EPs, and I'm working on setting up interviews as well. So I think this is going to turn into a pretty cool project. Hey all! New episode of my mixtape show just went up! I'm excited about this one because I actually did a sort of mini-interview with one of the cofounders of this Cairo-based music collective called SLOVVDK (slow decay) https://slovvdk.bandcamp.com/ He wanted to do it over email, so I sort of just summarized what he said, but that's definitely something I'm going to keep exploring as I go forward. Hello, I host and produce a show about politics in Iowa called Rock Hard Caucus. We talked a ton about how the Iowa caucuses work in the episodes leading up to it. Our focus will probably be a little bit less on electoral politics going forward. There's a lot of changes to dice rolls coming in the future, with some neat roleplay gamifications, and mechanical changes coming down the line. Expect a new edition of the game in a month or so! Kathleen's Cradle(Cat's Cradle Eight) This is a chat about podcast production, and it's definitely not being released in the order it is because I needed more time to work on an episode down the line. Definitely. The Albatross Legion (Sword of Symphonies, Episode Thirty-One) Back to gameplay! Hey, my girlfriend and I and her theatre nerd friends have been reading Choose Your Own Adventure books. We're playing them in the vein of a kind of roguelike adventure, and I've added music and sound effects to make the ridiculous adventures even more ridiculous. We've done four so far. They're simple to do. Maybe we'll do all 180+ books? Episode 001: The Abominable Snowman Episode 002: Journey Under the Sea Episode 003: Space and Beyond Episode 004: The Lost Jewels of Nabooti

COMIC BROS Podcast Get it: iTunes | Pocket Casts | Stitcher | YouTube | SoundCloud | Facebook | Twitter | Instagram | RSS Genre: General Entertainment Release: None! Tha show... it dead Description: Mark Wise, Jin Wicked, and Root Bradford sit down Episode 40: SMELL YA LATER! Good news everybody! I won't be stinking up this thread any more because after 5 years and 40 episodes we're calling it a day on the Comic Bros Podcast. We came to the consensus that between our personal schedules and projects (not to mention all the poo poo happening right now) we should pull the plug on our little show. Looking back I remember we originally started this show with the goals of getting in touch with other artists, encouraging each other to create more art, be more productive, etc... And in that regard I think we were wildly successful. I can certainly say I've grown a lot as an artist and a big chunk of that I owe to my friendship with Jin and Mark . Not to mention I hope I was able to enrich people's lives to some extent by making our show blog and FB show page a hub that would introduce people to new work and artists. So for those of you who listened. Thanks. For those of you who never heard of us. Jen's got all of our episodes hosted online AND we're on Youtube so go check it out! Until next time... Put a gorilla on it.

You can sync these episodes up to the source material, but I would not recommend it because the John Cena match isn't very good and Surviving Edged Weapons has a lot of pictures of actual knife wounds, and that's not vibes. But what is vibes is listening to us talk about which cops use the N word (all of them) as well as a lot of other tangential things.

The Spoony Bard's Aural Theatre RSS | Website A bunch of Choose Your Own Adventure adventures! Genre: Radio Drama, Video Games, Theatre We adapt retro video games into derpy radio theatre. We're working on putting together a very large project, but while we wait for some of those things to come together I got this VERY ORIGINAL IDEA that we should "play" Choose Your Own Adventure games. We recorded one a long time ago and then I forgot about it, and then discovered that this isn't really much of an original idea and in fact there are like a thousand podcasts that do this and have done this. BUT WE DO SOMETHING NEAT! We add music and sound effects. Oohhhh We've done fifteen so far. Might do all 180 or however many there are. Anyway, here is the RSS link. Since these are so um, low-effort to make compared to our normal thing, I don't want to just look like I'm spamming our thing here. I'll maybe post an update when we have fifteen more! https://thespoonybardpodcast.libsyn.com/ These are the episodes we've done so far: The Cave of Time Journey Under the Sea By Balloon to the Sahara (reissued as Danger in the Desert) Space and Beyond "The Mystery of Chimney Rock (reissued as The Curse of the Haunted Mansion)" Your Code Name Is Jonah (reissued as Spy Trap) "The Third Planet from Altair (reissued as Message from Space; also released as Exploration Infinity)" Deadwood City Who Killed Harlowe Thrombey? The Lost Jewels of Nabooti (reissued as The Lost Jewels) Mystery of the Maya Inside UFO 54-40 The Abominable Snowman Mountain Survival Journey to Stonehenge Surf Monkeys
