 Initially spooked them by opening the velcro on my camera bag.. this was the best I got after that. Also the panasonic gx85 is absolutely awful to focus with. It manages to hit the smallest branch possible to focus on instead of the subject behind it. And if manually focusing basically doesn't work at all for some reason? It's like the manual focus has some sort of weird mouse pointer acceleration thing going on that makes it extremely awful.

That's in Colorado? note to self: always lock doors in Colorado. Bears are smart as gently caress. Once they learn something they never forget and the mothers will teach their cubs the same tricks. Bastard probably stops at every house in their range and tests car doors.

Fortunately, my wife's car. My wrangler is harder for bears, because it's a push in button while pulling. Some bears still do it, though.
