A revolution of beats
For the love of Zod. Don't go shopping today. I had to for work and it wasn't even the 45+ minute lines to get in the shop. It was the old people. They just don't give a gently caress. Anything from getting in your personal space over and over to congregating in big groups in shopping isles to talk to each other. The woolies I was at was really organized and had a nice sectioned 1 person wide line to leave the building. I was leaving and the line just did not move for a few minutes due to an old couple deciding to stop the whole line to chat with friends.

There was some pearl clutching when I told them to move or get run over. Normally I would feel bad, but gently caress them.

I lie I still feel bad, but I know I was right.

I figure I can use my snowboarding gimp mask as some sort of template.

Just gotta work out how to cut/sew the shopping bags.

There was a plethora of old people up at the shops today. Milling around. Going slow. Congregating. Chatting. Huge loving lines to get into Woolies.

 I wear a face mask and wash my hands consistantly. The weed makes me paranoid as gently caress, which is a good thing I figure.

Also working on my $1.00 shopping bag mask.

It's pretty hard to gently caress up unless you fiddle with the settings. Machine stitching will be better for pleats. I probably wouldn't bother sewing them, though - I'd just cut them to bandana size and do the bandana and hair tie thing.

I watched a couple of olds, man and woman, getting into a screaming match because she wouldn't move and he was "invading her social distance space", all because of a damned aubergine he wanted.

I was lusting for them to rip and tear each other to pieces, but the poor staff are stressed and deal with this all too much and my glee disappeared.

You did the right thing by telling them to get on with it, I've seen more brat behaviour from olds than I have from teenagers.

"Art Deco, sometimes referred to as Deco, is a style of visual arts, architecture and design that first appeared in France just before World War I.

Art Deco influenced the design of buildings, furniture, jewelry, fashion, cars, movie theatres, trains, ocean liners, and everyday objects such as radios and vacuum cleaners."

Those shopping bags definitely can not be put through the washing machine. I've tried doing that in the past rather than wiping them down and they just rip apart after the first wash.

Negative.

I just purchased 2 (two) NWPP bags and washed them for 15 mins in the washing machine.

Also just downloaded the manual for the sewing machine.

Are you aware that the notion of art deco as a design style wouldn't have existed without the Bauhaus school of design in dassau Germany?

I feel sorry for that sewing machine cause its a peach that probably needs a service.

My experience is that they end up extremely fragile, the handles tear away from the bag with any kind of weight in them, and the cooler bags end upheld together by the foam insert stuff as it all falls apart. They don't break up in the machine, but once dry the material is only a little stronger than a paper towel.

My money's on the mask tearing at the points the elastic's anchored pretty quickly.

You’ll want to add some oil if that’s the case. It’d be old enough that those points will be easy enough to identify. It may also be out of timing if it’s sat for that long which will lead to it breaking needles on the reg and not seeing so good.
