I just checked the bylaws and due to an odd situation in the 13th century that was never fixed, fridge corn is 3rd in line to be the king in case Joris dies.

March was so much better than April. This should be the May thread, too.

My favourite thing about Rob Halford is he's the reason why metalheads wear leather. Rob Halford wears leather because he's had a lifelong attraction to the leather daddy scene. So metalheads are essentially just wearing fetish-lite gear.

I mean, yeah it evolved in to costume leather with the spiky chainy fetish stuff, but that's not its origin.

And yes, the leather fetish scene comes from the bikers in the 50s which is what Halford has always liked. Leather jackets are cool, fetish related or otherwise...

I'd like to see Ayrton Senna drive the cars Stirling Moss & the formula drivers from his era did. He'd have died his first weekend.

Yeah I think Senna's skill was genetic, whatever he drove at 10 10's would have been incredible to watch.

Senna was aggressive, sure, but he wasn't reckless. Listen to his contemporaries talk about him, they were all in awe of his abilities. The man had unbelievable feel for and control of a vehicle. And RIP Stirling Moss, one of the greats who never got an F1 title. sharkytm fucked around with this message at 15:19 on Apr 12, 2020 |
