After reading the relevant tweets it appears that Leslie was blowvating about the SJW Star Wars that all the nerds like and mocked a scene that Rain Johnson wrote (but did not include) where rose tico broke a window and got a cool dress to put on instead of her frumpy jumpsuit, saying it was sexist. Looks like Alice then said that Leslie gave her a “transphobic vibe” and then Leslie said if she wanted to call him the n-word for making fun of sexist tropes in the SJW Star Wars than she should just do it.
