Oh and thanks for the genuine feedback, was working with a new plugin, will lower the noise a smidge. And yep, vinyl pop, good ear!

Well D-0 was an interesting build with the way the wheel was done, but a little pricey for what you get. Cute as hell though. I like that his head both swivels and kinda wobbles with the knobs on the side.

Can't wait for May 1st to order the dang A-Wing.

Built the first half of 41378 (Dolphin Rescue Mission) with my daughter and while it's cool and goes well with some of our other underwater stuff the flippers fall off the minidoll feet when you so much as breathe in the same room as them, which is not ideal for a kids toy.

Would the old clear nail polish over the studs trick work maybe? Give it a bit more to grip on to.

Hmm, there's a spare flipper in the set I could test that with.

Oh yeah they're top quality but top price. I have Leon the Professional (Leroy's Cleaning Service), the Mad Max: FF set as a gift for a friend, gave the updated Big Lebowski (Bowling Buddies) to my dad for xmas, I have Taxi (Uber) Driver, uh... Ofbrick (Handmaid's Tale), The Bride from Kill Bill... probably some others that aren't currently in my eyeline that I can't remember off-hand. I can get some pics of any of them if you want. Also, I did order myself the Joe Exotic one, obviously.

Episode 5 of S2 of Australian Lego Masters was hilarious, especially with at least two builds breaking the machine. Also the shark tank shearing through one of the walls, the missing brick, cop it Brickman, everything.

EDIT: Harry Potter sets are up on Brickset.

Highlights for me:

Maybe Lego has adopted the cultural zeitgeist and just wants to forget about that movie in its entirety.

I'd also like a Zombie Sheev set replete with jars of Snokes and a bunch of creepy Sith statues.

Sure, there's a chance. I doubt that there would be a whole other wave but I'd guess they'll put out a couple more sets.

Really amazing when you think about it. If you'd told me back when Disney bought the rights that the final movie of the "last" trilogy would be forgotten/ignored in half a year I wouldn't have believed you.
But I really expect a clone Palpatine at some point.

I'm not going to buy them anyway, but are these new HP castle parts semi-modular or not? I spotted some connection parts on the first wave.

Yeah the Great Hall, Clocktower, Whomping Willow, and Astronomy Tower can be attached to each other, and the small Room of Requirement set can be added on to the Astronomy Tower.

Here's one version but you can make it less linear and more enclosed too.

So for the hell of it I've started a minifig scale Enterprise (yes, I'm coping with isolation fine thanks for asking), honestly I'll probably stop after the bridge but it's fun to imagine.

Obviously I'd love to use custom printed pieces but I've tried to go with only what's available in studio and to make it as "legal" as possible (actually build-able and without stacking same size plates on top of each other), so here's my WIP so far of the bridge of the Enteprise (no bloody "A", "B", "C", or "D"... well technically the refit, as seen in Wrath of Khan)

I get this wont be most / many people's thing so sorry for the scroll fest.
