When I used to get my haircut in japan, some old dude used to use it as his opportunity to practice his really poor english on me and I'd say I understood him about 4% of the time, so I'd just smile and nod. It is funny that they show you a big chart of dudeheads and you pick your favourite style though. They'd also take photos of me because I guess seeing a redhead in person is like, an amazing thing over there.

Found an old backup tape from work. Back in the day I had to take the nightly backup home for security reasons.  And the tapes got smaller with more storage.

Got the flu shot yesterday and that arm is in alot of pain still the next day. Had some super weird dreams about an ex too and when i woke up i had been texting things i shouldn't to people i shouldn't. What the gently caress did they inject me with for reals? Have a feeling today will be super weird too.

Sleep was also a nightmare because I got it in my non-dominant (left) arm, but that is the arm I sleep on. Can’t help you with the texts tho.

Gumtree is bullshit the amount of people who don't delete listings when they're sold or don't reply, I went to buy a decent mountain bike from someone who was apparently "in a rush" to sell it because of moving overseas, and "kept getting their time wasted" yet when I messaged them to get an address so I could come get it they never replied Gumtree etiquette: super simple stuff

I once texted some dude on and off for several months about a speaker cabinet. He never replied to the messages but the cab continued to be listed. I'd just send a message, wait two weeks, send a message again. I finally got a reply and apparently he'd used his girlfriends phone number and she either had her phone off or just didn't give a poo poo, I never really figured it out. I got my white whale bass cabinet in the end though for an absolute steal. The moral is that people on gumtree are useless cunts.

I have used WFH/iso to undertake switching to no-shampoo. the first week was a greasy mess but now on week 4 it seems to have slowed dramatically. i still have to wash the bottom half (my hair is pretty long) since its really fine and gets too heavy but a weekly rinse/wash cycle is doing nice things to my scalp. my beard is probably 2 inches too long at the moment but gently caress going to a barber right now.
