Squirm is so impressive in the practicality of just dumping literally millions of real worms on the sets that it transcends the usual MST3k films. It’s very effective!

I have the Scream Factory edition of the movie; it's pretty fun on its own. I love a low budget redneck horror movie, though.

I love this. The best part is explaining the back story like it's part of a plot. I don't know something about it makes me laugh

I do wish there were a “Director’s Cut” version available. Full version of This Island Earth, the cut storm shelter scene and original ending, the original riffs in place, the theme song, etc.

The Blu-Ray seems to have most of it, but the quality is not great. And it’s all as separate features, not part of the movie.

The cut that survived the studio and test audiences was great, but it would be nice to get the real thing.

There is a bootleg extended version out there made from (I think) a blu-ray release of This Island Earth and the movie’s bonus features.
