A documentary about the goon who found the workprint of Manos: The Hands of Fate, kickstarted and oversaw a restoration of it, fostered a newfound appreciation for "the worst movie ever" and how striking it looked when properly restored, and then had the Blu-ray release scuttled by some shithead who was claiming ownership of the original film because he was making a wacky tryhard intentionally bad sequel and was working with the Rifftrax guys to promote it.

Pigsfeet on Rye posted:I'd like to see a Made-for-TV production about the goon named Muerte (Jacob Jenkins) who was going to walk across America to bring attention to mental health, only to fail in the very park where he started, after 5 days and 26 miles of titanic effort (or something like that). A heartwarming, truly American saga starring Macaulay Culkin as the goon. This is one of my favorite SA sagas

Reboot Star Trek again but this time the "lead writer" will be a chat/text generating bot (like Eliza, Alice, Jabberwacky, etc.) that has only been fed the complete contents of the GBS and TV:IV Star Trek discussion threads. The output can be minimally edited by humans into usable scripts. Any celebrity names parsed from the thread contents will be placed in a randomized list for casting.

Shadow over Vegas While not an SA saga per se, it would make a great movie full of bumbling idiots. Lots of great characters including T-Nugz, Tammy, Nascar dad, small arms, t-nugz's goony friend and the old getaway driver and nonstop crazy hijinks. I'm not sure if I'd go with an over-the-top Michael Bay a la Pain and Gain or LSATSB-era Guy Ritchie. Kirk Vikernes fucked around with this message at 05:51 on May 13, 2020 |

Pirates of Silicon Valley but instead of being Steve Jobs vs Bill Gates it's about all the owners of the early 00s internet humor sites that operated in the same circles and slowly drifted apart into radically different fates: Eric Bauman tapping out of the content game and cashing out for millions despite the years of impotent forums grudges and accusations of plagiarism between his site and everyone else, Chet Faliszek being hired by Valve and writing Portal and then suddenly sweating bullets about his torrid past running a website built around mocking mentally ill people becoming public knowledge and interfering with his career now that he's behind one of the most critically-acclaimed games of the generation, Drew Curtis languishing as Fark dwindles and his political aspirations fail, Lowtax growing disillusioned with his forum empire negatively impacting his personal life while also having to rely on it as his source of income, all while Seanbaby just chugs along being funny and doing muay thai.
