I don't even know what's been going on in Hong Kong anymore. All I see is the occasional thing circulating on social media that's hard to trust. If there are non chuds, they definitely don't get heard outside of Hong Kong.

There's a proven lessening of emotional resonance when it comes to using bad words in your second language, so it's easy to make a bad judgment call. That said the sign in question is horrifically dumb and in this case probably inexcusable
