It's possible it's an NDA or otherwise lying to protect herself from harassment/career damage, but she's also (at least per cagefight) wrestled for sixty different promotions over the course of just under 200 matches. Exactly one of those matches was in AEW. There are a lot of other locker rooms where she could have had bad experiences she isn't ready to talk about. This isn't a blanket exoneration of AEW or anyone employed there, but this is still pretty thin gruel to make any conclusions about.

But "Please report the posts" *NEEDS* to be followed up on.
