My favourite character is Superintendent Chalmers because he is an unrepentant vaudevillean straight man who makes every scene he's in funnier just by being there to bounce the jokes off. My only complaint is the bit about his 1979 Honda Accord because it made him too funny, and that's not what his job is. Second favourite is Handsome Pete, because he was written for one joke, did that one joke, and has never been in a script since. There are no other characters I respect.

Looks like the last episode was in season 10.
