i had worked out a theory by working backwards in the pics that night. i believe he got a stain on his shirt in the middle of the evening and maybe tried washing it out in the bathroom sink like the confused old man he is but didnt think about needing it to dry out so he could get back to the party.

here's my theory and evidence backing it up

this photo was early on the night of the wet rude incident, when people were arriving etc and the staged ~red carpet~ style photo ops with your favorite trump adjacent ghouls were happening


here is later that night, some after dinner shmoozin if I remember right. also, theres nipple protruding.


now this im not sure about the order of this or the last and which was first. in the pic above the dessert stain or whatever coulda been hiding behind his tie but see below.


so old man rudy realized he had a problem. he made a mess of himself and the big late night cocktail party was gonna start soon! so he went to a sink, stripped down to no doubt his sleeveless ghabaghoul style undershirt and did some bathroom laundry.

eventually, he reemerged


and then later that evening a few spots on the shirt have dried more and that leads us to where this mystery all began.


i think it makes sense. its been so long tho and the other wet rudy pic is bad so its hard to really tell which is dryer and I cant remember the time order. but either way that's my theory of rudy's big soggy night. thanks for reading god bless!
