I agree but spinning up a discord is much faster than making a new forum with new load bearing slurs.

There's a cartoon of two guys tiling a room from opposite sides and getting into a fistfight when they meet and discover they have two adjacent black tiles. Can't find it online, unfortunately.

Nah man it's dead easy - you just divide the width of the surface by the width of the tile, and if it divides exactly then you're golden
|
# ? Jun 29, 2020 12:35 |

And if it doesn't divide exactly, use more grout until it does

Motronic posted:It's not just house painters. It's car body shop guys too. At a large facility I worked we had a tiny paint shop and the chief engineer used to jokingly accuse the one painter of sitting in there and drinking all day. The gist of the joke being if you didn't know him you might actually think it was true because he was pretty wacked from a career of inhaling paint fumes. Honestly it's pretty OSHA.

Floor guys, too. They were so hosed up that the painters, of all people, called them floorons. True to form, when the dude was just sitting on the floor after laying down the epoxy, waiting for it to get tacky, I asked him if the smell bothered him -- "I don't even smell it any more!" he replied.

It;s not uncommon to end up with electricians who think they're just immune to current because years of nerve damage from small shocks means they just don't hurt anymore.
