Here in the UAE they've been really confusing about everything travel related - "we're opening!" "but you need a test to get in and get out" "wait no you don't" "ok here's a list of countries allowed to travel" "oops, nope" "ok you can't go to abu dhabi now" "now you can, but need a test" "tourists come in!" "residents can't come in" I have no idea what's going on but the newspapers are just taking any information that they get via whatsapp and going with it.
