I think the joke is that "Entdienung" is an invented word that would literally be the opposite of "Bedienung" which is a waiter or waitress. Therefore the waitress does the opposite of what she is supposed to do, and asks him to give her his cup while insulting him. So a bit of absurd humor.

"Schlechter Humor" is a very german thing. It's literally not meant to be funny, much so in a way that is absurd. It's like a german superpower of humor, kind of in a way as if your hero's super ability was to have exceptionally nice handwriting. So that's what you're supposed to find funny.
