Yeah glad to see Frakes is doing better. I went to a convention a few years ago where he was the opening guest and he just lay down on stage and complained about having to be there, making no effort to talk to the crowd and kept asking when his flight was leaving. I thought he was being really rude then later learned he has severe back problems and was probably having a bad day.

Fortunately the other guests were amazing, Tim Russ was awesome and Michael Dorn and Marina Sirtis told great stories together.

His back problems have been there a very long time and explain some of the weird movements he does in the show. When he sits or stands he sometimes steps over the back of the chair instead of going around it and sitting from the front. He also spends a lot of time doing the Captain Morgan pose anytime he�s up near the Ops chairs at the front of the bridge because it lessens the strain on his back.

You�ll even see it sometimes in those old clips of that Fact or Fiction show he used to host.

I gotta be honest here: I think Nachos Flander's style is a pretty tasty treat. I made it, just to see what it would taste like, and it was actually surprisingly refreshing. If you're looking for a healthy snack cucumbers with cottage cheese is a genuinely good choice.
