That short was alright, but the tone was so different from regular Rick and Morty that you kind of have to question why is was related to the show at all other than to get attention.

If you're gonna make an anime studio do a short, at least mix up the subject. What I'm saying is I want to see Space Ghost anime. It'd help if I knew Japanese creators like, loved R&M. It'd be endearing like when Masaaki Yuasa made that episode of Adventure Time or when Takafumi Hori did Steven Universe, but as it is it just feels so corporate.
